Shipping Policy

Between January and October, your order will ship within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. Should there be a delay, you'll be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to ship your order during the busy holiday months of November and December. 

Orders will be shipped out of Singapore. Once your order has shipped, please allow an additional 2-24 business days for your product(s) to arrive, depending on your location. There may be a 2-3 day delay for us to provide your tracking number, but rest assured that your item(s) will be shipped within the time frame specified above.

Returns / Exchanges 

Any goods sold are not exchangeable and refundable. Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, including shipping costs.

Lost Shipments

Please note the grace period for shipments below:

Domestic: 10 business days after shipment
International: 24 business days after shipment

If the grace period has passed on your order and you still have not received it, please contact us and we'll arrange for a reshipment, refund, or another solution on a case-by-case basis. If the grace period has not yet passed, we ask that you wait and thank you for your patience.
